Our number. 26.2% of contested tickets are dismissed outright at a hearing and 58.5% end dismissed or reduced, computed from NYC Open Data, Open Parking and Camera Violations; the rate for each violation type is on the violations page.
Where they beat us: the first two will file the dispute and chase it for you, and we never file. If you want it done for you, they are that door. The city itself lets you dispute for free at nyc.gov, and you never need anyone to do it for you.
