Who we are. Axion Labs is a small, family-run independent publishing studio. We publish plain-English answers built from public records: GOV.UK and HMRC guidance on Making Tax Digital, the CFPB consumer complaint database, US federal health-insurance claim data, New York City parking-ticket records, and UK parking operator and appeal-body decisions. Every figure names its source and the date we read it. We are not lawyers, not an agency, and not affiliated with any company, insurer, council or government body we write about. Three things we will never do: take your ticket payment or any percentage of your fine, contact the city or act in your name, or touch your plate or your money. You pay and dispute directly with the city, on the city's own site, where disputing is free.
New York City publishes the outcome of every parking and camera violation — over 150 million records, updated daily. A driver is never pointed at that data before deciding whether to pay a ticket. We compute the dismissal rates and publish them, free, with the method shown. The site also offers one paid product: a $12.99 document-preparation tool that turns your account of what happened into a written hearing statement. That's the entire business model — no subscriptions, no percentage of your fine, no data resale.
