One ticket. Every street in New York.

A ticket under the wiper? Look up the plate free, build your hearing statement free and read every word on screen. $12.99 only if you want the clean copy.

1The ticket on the windshield

The receipt slipped. The ticket didn't.

You paid the meter; the receipt fell face down in the footwell. $65 on the glass on E 14th St. Counting both ways it prints, more hearings are held on this ticket than on any other.

Meter receipt: 5,176,051 hearings, 36.4% dismissed outright

2The plate lookup

Type the plate. See what's open.

Free, no account, and the plate is never stored. It reads New York City's own live records: every open ticket on the plate, what each costs today, and the odds on each.

No standing: 3,502,560 hearings, 15.2% dismissed outright

3Every open ticket

Every ticket, and its clock.

An unanswered parking ticket goes to judgment about 100 days after it was issued, and the lookup estimates the day for each. Owe $350 in judgments and the city can boot the car.

Double parking: 2,648,235 hearings, 28.8% dismissed outright

4The odds on your charge

The city's own odds, before you spend a cent.

On the code exactly as printed on this ticket, 47.2% of decided hearings ended dismissed outright. Every code has its own rate, free. For some it is in single figures, and the honest answer is to pay.

No parking: 1,842,098 hearings, 32.9% dismissed outright

5The defect check

A mistake on the ticket? Check it free.

Plate, state, make, body type, date, place. A required detail the summons got wrong is the cleanest dismissal there is. This one says VAN; the car is a sedan.

Street cleaning: 1,783,452 hearings, 25.8% dismissed outright

6The statement writes itself

Eight questions. The statement writes itself.

Say what happened in your own words and tick the evidence you have. It is drawn on screen: defects first, the defense for your charge, your evidence as named exhibits. No card, no email.

Fire hydrant: 1,105,709 hearings, 13.9% dismissed outright

7Read every word, free

Read all of it before you pay a cent.

The whole statement, the measured dismissal rate for your exact code, and nothing stored before you pay. Rather type it out yourself? That is free, and so is the hearing.

Bus stop: 1,090,359 hearings, 14% dismissed outright

8The clean copy

$12.99 for the clean copy. That's all.

What each exhibit proves, the formal closing and signature block, copy, print or PDF, the link you keep, and up to three regenerations. One payment. No subscription. No cut of your fine.

Expired meter: 1,057,990 hearings, 42.3% dismissed outright

9The hearing

The hearing is free. You file it.

Paste the statement into the city's dispute at nyc.gov, online, by mail or in person, and attach the exhibits by name. Ask within 30 days of the ticket date and late penalties never start.

Nobody here files it for you or appears for you.

10The decision

Dismissed: the city's word on 26.2% of them.

New York has decided 27,174,101 ticket hearings: 26.2% dismissed outright, 58.5% dismissed or reduced. That counts every decided hearing. It is not a promise about yours.

We have never measured what the statement changes, so we do not claim it.

+Every other street

Your street is in the file too.

Twenty tickets have a free guide here, each with its own dismissal rate from the city's file. See every violation type, ranked.

Your plate. Your statement. Your hearing.

Nobody in the middle: we do not file for you, take a cut of your fine or keep your plate. The city's hearing is free. The one thing sold here is the clean copy of your statement.

Eight plain questions, about 5 minutes. You see the finished statement before anything is asked of you. What the statement contains

Hearings and dismissal rates are computed from NYC Open Data, Open Parking and Camera Violations (nc67-uf89), on 2026-08-31; the method. The eight streets are the eight tickets with the most decided hearings, in that order. The street signs count each ticket the way the site's guides do, every way it prints; the phone counts the code exactly as printed, the way the lookup does. That is why the meter receipt reads 36.4% on its sign and 47.2% on the phone.

Fines come from the Department of Finance schedule (NYC Open Data ncbg-6agr, read 2026-09-02): $65 is code 38 in Manhattan at or below 96th St. The judgment estimate, the hearing window and the $350 boot line come from nyc.gov, Dispute a ticket and Booting and towing, checked September 4, 2026.

The phone screens are examples. The ticket, the plate and the statement on them are the worked example on the statement page, not a customer's ticket, and the decision screen is drawn, not received. Dismissal rates are historical shares of decided hearings, not a prediction for your case.
